New School Year Sept 2020

Dear Parents,  

We would like to provide you with some practical information regarding the start of the new school year 2020-2021.  

The first day of school will be Wednesday the 2nd of September 2020.  


Specialist lessons (Mother Tongue, Second Language, PE, Music, etc.) will start from Thursday the 3rd of September onwards.
Swimming lessons for P2 will start from the second week of school.  

Parent Information Evenings have been planned for the 22nd of September (Early Years and Primary Year 1) and on the 24th of September (Primary year 2-5). More information about these sessions will be sent beforehand. 

Our School Guide 2020-2021 will be available to download from the start of the school year via our website (scroll down to the bottom of the page). The school guide provides information about the ESH, so if you have queries please refer to the school guide first for an answer. 

In the school guide we have explained who to contact when. Below are a few of these email addresses: to inform us if your child will be absent (illness, doctor appointments, etc.) Please clearly indicating the name and surname of your child in the email as well as their class in the subject. - Bus Transport - Canteen (hot lunches) - School fee invoices and any other general queries 

Our reception can be reached from 08:00 until 16:30 on 070-700 1600 

In August (before the first school day) we will provide you with updated and additional information that will include the following information: 


  1. Parking (cars, bicycles, etc) 

  1. Pick-up and drop-off schedule (staggered times) 

  1. The possibility of a “meet and greet” for parents on the 2nd of September, with coffee/tea. 

  1. All active Coronavirus related information (protocols, procedures, helpful tips, etc.) 

  1. Any other relevant information
