Parents
Your username is your full email address, and the password is the one you set upon first login.
New parents to ESH must be manually added to the community portal for their account to be created. Please contact our Communications Team for support in setting this up.
First Login
Before parents can log in, they need to set their own password. Click the "forgot username or password" link underneath the login section.
Your username is your full email address.
You will receive an email confirming your username, and a link. Follow the link to set your new password. Please choose a password that you can remember.
Students
Your username is your student number, and your password is the same as your school accounts.
Students cannot use the 'forgot password' function to reset their password.
Staff
Your username is the first half of your email address (a.surname), and your password is the same as your school accounts.
Staff cannot use the 'forgot password' function to reset their password.
About ESHapp
Our mobile application, ESHapp, is an app designed to support communication for our Secondary School community. Secondary parents can easily find the latest Secondary news and upcoming Secondary events via the Secondary calendar with just a few taps in the ESHapp. Please note you can also find the same information (and more) in the website community portal. However, the ESHapp is a convenient way to check news and events on the go.
