Our strategic plan for the next four years outlines our focus on enhancing educational offerings, supporting staff development, and creating a safe and inclusive learning environment over the next four years. The plan is structured around four key ambitions of the Rijnlands Foundation, incorporating feedback from parents, students, and staff to ensure a comprehensive approach to maintaining high educational standards, fostering innovation, and ensuring the well-being of students and staff. The plan follows the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle to ensure continuous improvement.
